Alfatek Perfecta filler is the most modern and innovative system for bottling liquid or high viscosity products for the food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Suitable for all products that require precise filling weight and flexibility, the Perfecta allows for easy and fast washing and sanitising.

Featuring MASS flow meters for high precision filling for high density, or high viscosity products, such as Olive oil, vegetable oils, coconut & other edible oils, vinegars, chemicals, still water etc.

Features include –

• mechanical framework made of 304 stainless steel
• parts in direct contact with the product made of 304/L stainless steel
• product tank in the machine replaced by a simple collector, which allows to use a very small quantity of product inside the filler
• feed tank with an optional heater for maintaining oils in a liquid state for filling
• the pressure to feed the product allows to avoid any contamination from air or other atmospheric agents
• the machine is provided together with a software and hardware to control the feed pump
• the bottle is filled from outside when needed because of the container shape, a valve can penetrate a few millimetres inside the bottle neck to avoid any risks of product leaking during the filling phase
• changing the bottle size is extremely easy and fast as there is no need to use any gripping system to hold the bottle
• the flow meters and all filling operations are managed by a standard PLC installed on the machine
• tank for collecting and recirculating the washing solution
• divo sphere in the product feeding system for an effective washing and sanitizing procedure
• possibility of starting the production cycle with just a small quantity of product, and therefore minimum waste, thanks to the external lung and the product manifold inside the filler
