Precisely separately adjustable speeds of the drive motors for the feeding auger, destemming basket, and destemming shaft allow for exact regulation of the destemming process.
The modular, movable roller sorter can be easily integrated. For higher performance requirements, such as with machine-harvested grapes, it can be quickly removed.
